Adventure Coffee Roasting - At Adventure Coffee Roasting, we roast only certified, organically grown coffee in very small batches, guaranteeing product freshness and consistency. More than 95% of our beans are certified Fair Trade. And we like this niche we're in. Because we are a boutique roaster, we have the liberty to choose only the finest Arabica green coffees on the planet, roast them to their "sweet spots", then deliver them to our friends in Tucson.

Agua Linda Farm - Agua Linda Farm is a family farm located 35 miles south of Tucson on I-19. We grow seasonal produce and grass pastured beef.

Aravaipa Heirlooms cultivates local, desert-adapted, and endangered heirloom vegetable plants. We specialize in varieties boarded on Slow Food USA's Ark of Taste (for exceptional flavor and risk of extinction), and those that are red listed as imperiled by the Renewing America's Food Traditions (RAFT) Alliance. All plants are organically grown and all are open-pollinated (no hybrids, and no GMOs). Currently we offer 44 varieties of heirloom tomato plants and 22 varieties of chile pepper plants, available at local farmers' markets. Look for other fruit, vegetable, and herb plants, seeds, and produce later this season!

Aravaipa’s Painted Cave Cattle Company is a local heritage, grass-fed beef operation which raises cattle the way they were raised for generations before feed lots existed.  Our highest priority is the health of our animals. Everything we sell is USDA certified.  We never use grain supplements, antibiotics, corn, pesticides, or synthetic hormones­­--nothing artificial.  Our cattle are bred, born and raised 100% on the grasslands that blanket the plains and plateaus of Aravaipa’s historic Painted Cave Ranch.  Our cattle browse and eat the way range cattle have for hundreds of years: on the natural occurring grasses and plants of a healthy thriving ecosystem.  Healthy land; healthy cattle.

Big D Farms - Our farm is located in beautiful Cochise County. Leo has been farming for 83 years first in Michigan, then California and now starting the 4th season in Arizona. We grow all of our produce ourselves the natural way without pesticides. We grow asparagus, onions, many cucumber varieties, dill, okra, sweet corn, many tomato varieties, carrots, squash and pumpkins. We also grow fruit: apricots, peaches, apples cantaloupes and watermelons.

Burnt Orange Foods - Burnt Orange Gourmet Foods features a unique line of pickled products and salsas. Our award winning coffee salsa has been featured in Fiery Foods Magazine. Other favorites are Black Bean and Corn Salsa, Roasted Habanero, Mango Peach and Organic Serrano. In addition to salsas we feature a line of pickled of pickled items. Desert Oasis Soap Co. - "Our whole idea is to be as fresh and natural as you can possibly be," says Greg Richardson, co-owner of the local Desert Oasis Soap Co. a Tucson-area business striving to provide clean products including soaps, lotions, moisturizers and oils. Their company now offers lip balms, bath salts, foot scrubs, body mists and bug spray, as well as natural dog treats.

Other specialties include green chile pico de gallo, a fresh ceviche, a crab and shrimp dip and guacamole. We are chemical and pesticide free with some organic offerings.

Fire on the Mountain - Fire on the Mountain, Inc. specializes in original products made with green chile. Our signature product, Green Chile Stew, was developed for people “on the go”. We call it a “meal in a jar” because of the easy preparation involved. It is a hearty meat flavored stew that can easily be enhanced by adding the meat of your choice. Miracle Munchies - Miracle Munchies is about "Good Health Good Life". Miracle Munchies was founded in Tucson, Arizona by Mindy Stickney and offers allergy free desserts and baked goods. Mamma Llama's Empanada's - Mamma Llama's gourmet empanada, in short, their empanadas are huge and a meal unto themselves. Sleeping Frog Farms is an intensive small-scale farm nestled in the Canada del Oro flood plain in North Tucson. Founded on permaculture design and biodynamic growing principles, we are dedicated to providing our community with seasonal heirloom fruits and vegetables through farmer’s markets, Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), and restaurant sales. Our laying hens, dairy goats, honey bees, and earthworms are integral to pollination, soil-building and recycling crop waste into food and fertilizer. We harvest our diverse selection of produce daily and at its peak ripeness, in order to bring you the finest taste and nutrition in Southern Arizona.

Sombrero Butte Beef Co. – Family owned and operated, we produce all natural, hormone, grain, and antibiotic free grassfed beef.  The ranch is located in Mammoth, Arizona and has been a working ranch for over 100 years. Sombrero Butte Beef is raised on the ranch and is processed at the University of Arizona USDA inspected facility.  Stop by and visit Laurie, Margaret and James at the Oro Valley Farmers’ Market.

Terry's Apiaries - Fred Terry's Terry's Apiaries has been serving Arizona residents with skin cream, candles and honey for 35 years. The candles are made with all-natural bee products, and the skin cream is made of beeswax, propolis (which is collected by the bees) and borax, a natural mineral that "has been used medicinally for thousands of years."

Terra Verde Farms - All of Terra Verde Farms specialty products are truly "artisan foods", prepared in small batches from recipes that have been in our family for generations or new ones we have developed from scratch. We still do all the processing of our preserves, salsas and dressings.

Treasures of the Sun - Isabel makes two varieties of traditional salteñas, a kind of empanada from Peru and Bolivia that is juicy and savory.

Watkins - Watkins is over 140 year old company specializing in spices, 1800's Apothecary and medicinal ointments and liniments that will bring back memories of smells in the doctor's office. Watkins had no choice but to be green and natural since it started in 1968.
